We have currently moving our warehouse of more than 4 million products to our new headquarters.

For a period of time, you may experience split deliveries on orders, as well as delivery time of up to 2-3 weeks on items with logo prints.  From week 8 (19 Feb), delivery time will gradually be reduced and we expect things to be normalized during week 12. 

We hope you will be understanding of any delays and split delays during this period. If you have questions about deliveries or procedures, do not hesitate to ask your MASCOT SmartStore contact person.
